TIBS Wake Comp April 22nd-25th
This year, TSR will be hosting a WWA sanctioned wakeboard tournament at the Texas International Boat Show in Corpus Christi. The event will be pulled by SeaDoo watercraft and consist mainly of kicker hits. Last year we experimented a little bit with sliders but because of the fluxuation in tides we may incorporate a wall ride this year but will not have the small flat rails or inclines you see in the video. The pools you see in the photo below were from 2008. Like last year we will be using the entire marina! The purse is $15,000 and will be distributed as shown to the right. Last year Gabe Lucas won the best trick award with a slim chance and Tom Fooshee won the overall by making spinning look easy landing both a 720 and 900.
